Summary
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the promotion and sign-up site of the AcenteKit platform (the main site). Our service is directed at travel agencies in Türkiye.
Measurement and advertising cookies are on by default until you make a choice; you can reject them. When you press "Decline" in the banner at the bottom of the page or "Cookie preferences" in the footer, processing for measurement and advertising purposes stops: Google tags are told "denied", the Meta pixel is not loaded, Google and Meta cookies written to this site's domains are deleted and your decision is remembered for 12 months. The site works in full even if you decline. Even if the site's consent policy changes later, your Decline is kept for the lifetime of the cookie.
Cookie categories
We group cookies into four categories: Essential, Analytics, Marketing and Functional. Essential cookies are necessary for the site to work and for your preferences to be stored, and are always used. The Analytics, Marketing and Functional categories are on by default and can be switched off one by one in the preferences panel.

Analytics cookies
If enabled in the platform's tag manager (Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics cookies are set: _ga and _ga_* (to distinguish visits, 2 years). When you switch off the Analytics category, these cookies are not set and any existing copies on this site's domains are deleted.
Marketing cookies
If enabled, Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw: matching an ad click to a record, 90 days) and Meta pixel (_fbp, _fbc: ad measurement and remarketing, 90 days) cookies are set. When you switch off the Marketing category, advertising tags are not loaded, these cookies are not set and any existing copies on this site's domains are deleted.
Functional cookies
No cookies in the functional category are currently used on the main site. The category represents the functional storage consent for Google tags.
Google consent mode
Google tags run with Google consent mode (Consent Mode v2). Until you make a choice, consent is treated as "granted". When you say "Decline", Google tags do not write or read cookies on your device; they may send only a cookieless, anonymous signal (page, time, browser type, consent status), and Google fills in the missing data statistically without identifying anyone.
The site's own traffic measurement
The main site also counts visit statistics without cookies, from the request your browser already sends in order to open the page, and writes them to our own database: the page opened, time, device class (mobile, tablet, desktop), language, the domain name of the site that referred you, and the type of campaign tags in the address together with a shortened campaign name. Nothing is written to your device; your IP address, your browser identifier and the value of the advertising click identifier are not stored; the main site has no visitor identifier. Visits by search engine crawlers, link previewers and platform employees are not counted. The purpose is aggregate statistics only; the data is not shared with third parties. Raw records are kept for 90 days and daily summaries for 25 months. The basis is legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
You can object to this measurement: the "Don't measure this browser" link in the footer sets a strictly necessary cookie on your browser that stores only this preference; your later visits are not included in this measurement.
Server logs
Our web server keeps a request log for the security of the service and for fixing faults: time, domain name, the path of the requested page (with the query part of the address and long keys hidden), result code and response time. Your IP address, your browser identifier and the referring address are not written to this log. Logs are kept for 14 days.
Transfers abroad
Unless you say "Decline", analytics and marketing data may be processed on servers abroad by Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager; Google LLC, USA) and, if active, Meta (Meta Platforms, USA). Retention periods
Cookie durations are given above. On the server side: raw records of traffic measurement 90 days, daily summaries 25 months; server logs 14 days. Your Decline decision is kept for 12 months.
Changing your preferences
You can change your decision at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer; withdrawing is as easy as giving. This site cannot delete cookies that Google and Meta write to their own domains; you can delete them in your browser settings.
Data controller and your rights

We count visits on our own server without writing anything to your device: your IP address and your browser's full identity are not stored, only the domain of the referring site is kept; raw records are kept for 90 days and daily totals for 25 months.

The site's own traffic measurement counts your visit anonymously. If you prefer, you can choose to have visits from this browser not counted at all; your choice is remembered for 25 months with a necessary cookie.
